To qualify for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• After the returned item is received and verified by our quality team, the refund amount will be processed accordingly.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Delivery Partner Damage

If a product is damaged due to mishandling by the delivery partner, we cannot accept a return or refund. This is because:
• We share clear packing videos and images of the product before dispatch via WhatsApp or other approved communication channels.
• The condition of the product at the time of packing is transparently communicated, confirming that it left our facility in perfect condition.

Other Non-Returnable Conditions

• Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
• Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any manner.
• Returns requested due to personal preference, such as taste, texture, or change of mind.
• Items that are part of special offers, discounts, or clearance sales, unless damaged or expired.
