At Amizhtham Organics, we ensure that every product is freshly prepared, safely packed, and delivered with care. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery timelines, shipping charges, and customer support availability.
1. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and delivery location, as per our fixed shipping format. The applicable shipping amount is automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
All shipping charges are predefined and transparent, with no hidden or additional costs. The shipping amount shown at checkout is final and remains unchanged after order confirmation.
Orders are processed and dispatched according to the confirmed delivery address and applicable shipping format, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of all orders.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be moved to the next working day for processing.
3. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Timelines may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or regional restrictions. Customers will be updated in case of significant delays.
4. Order Tracking
Customers will receive the following upon dispatch:
• A tracking ID
• Courier partner details
Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect on the courier’s tracking portal.
5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Delays or failed delivery attempts may occur if:
• The address is incomplete or incorrect
• The customer is not available at the time of delivery
• The courier partner is unable to contact the customer
In such cases, any additional re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged Packages During Transit
If the outer package appears damaged upon arrival:
• We recommend recording a clear unboxing video
• Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery
Please note:
If the damage occurs due to courier mishandling, return or refund eligibility may not apply, as we share packing photos or videos prior to dispatch confirming the item’s condition.
7. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
All shipping charges, including any charges applicable for returns, are strictly non-refundable.
8. Customer Support Hours
Our support team is available during the following timings:
• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
